Entry fees do not cover personal expenses (e.g., petrol, tolls, food, fines). No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if a participant cannot continue.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. User content may be transferred unencrypted, except credit card information. Reproduction or exploitation of the service without written permission is prohibited. Headings are for convenience only.
Section 3 - Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions on the site. The information is for general purposes and should not be solely relied upon. There is no obligation to update site information except as required by law.

No liability for event cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., terrorism, disease).
Section 21 - Administration Charges

Admin fees may apply for amendments after deposit and acceptance.
Section 22 - Excursions/Tunnel Crossings

Not liable for delays or cancellations of third-party services.
Section 23 - Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for user cancellations. All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will only be provided if we cancel the trip, except for force majeure events. Travel insurance is recommended.
Section 24 - Registration and Participation

All participants must register before the event. Registration is transferable but must be in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Participants must hold a valid driver's license and provide a photo of it during registration. Accurate personal information must be provided; false information may result in removal.

A photograph of all drivers driving licenses must be provided when registering, this will be kept on file for proof of ID only.
Section 25 - Vehicle Requirements

All vehicles must be roadworthy, properly insured, and comply with local traffic laws. We reserve the right to remove any vehicle that does not meet safety standards.
Section 26 - Safety and Conduct

Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided. Reckless driving and failure to obey traffic signals are prohibited. Participants should drink responsibly and only after arriving at the final destination of the day.
Section 27 - Liability and Insurance

Participants take part at their own risk. We, our sponsors, and associated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured and roadworthy.
Section 28 - Event Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, route, or activities. In severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or cancelled. No refunds for modifications or cancellations due to force majeure events. If a participant cancels, no refunds will be issued.
Section 29 - Media and Publicity

By participating, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. We have the right to use your name, image, and likeness in any media without compensation.

Section 30 - Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

Section 31 - Disqualification

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from the event. We reserve the right to remove any participant at our discretion.

All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer to the business account for Wheels for Wales Cyf
